Prime Opticians

I had a wonderful experience at Prime Opticians in Basingstoke. I visited the store just to check out their glasses selection, with no immediate intention to buy, and the service I received was absolutely fantastic.     
The lady working there was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help me. Despite the fact that I explicitly mentioned I was only there to browse, she spent a great deal of time and effort assisting me in choosing and trying on different styles.  

I had the most pleasant experience in Prime Opticians, Basingstoke, today. Both Monica and Hazel were welcoming, professional and not in the slightest pushy. Their laid back approach to me choosing the glasses I wanted without them worrying about hitting sales targets was quite refreshing unlike other chain stores I have visited in the past.      
I was able to mix and match the glasses I liked and Monica was so helpful with the choice of glasses I purchased. They are now my new number 1 optician and I would not go anywhere else. 😁  

Wonderful service. Wonderful staff. Thank you for helping me when I was having cataract problems. 

I have been here 5 time over the last few years for my son's prescription glasses. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable being able to answer any questions they have. They are also great in terms of customer experience, helping us out with options. Thanks a lot.
